My deposit has not shown up, what do I do?
On-chain transfers can take a few minutes depending on network congestion. Confirm the transaction succeeded in your wallet or a block explorer, and that you used the correct network and address. If it is confirmed on-chain but still not credited after ~30 minutes, contact support with the transaction hash.
