Responsible Gambling
Last updated: 8 July 2026
At gambid.gg, gambling should always be a form of entertainment, never a way to make money or escape problems. The vast majority of players enjoy our games responsibly, and we are committed to helping you stay in control. This page explains the tools we provide and where to find help if gambling stops being fun.
Stay in control
A few simple habits keep gambling safe and enjoyable:
- Only ever play with money you can afford to lose.
- Set yourself time and money limits before you start, and stick to them.
- Never chase losses, trying to win back money you have lost usually makes things worse.
- Don't gamble when you are upset, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Take regular breaks, and balance gambling with other activities.
- Treat any money you win as a bonus, not as expected income.
Setting your own limits
We encourage you to decide in advance how much time and money you are comfortable spending. If you would like deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, a cooling-off period or full self-exclusion applied to your account, contact our support team at support@gambid.gg and we will help you put those controls in place. A cooling-off or self-exclusion request cannot be reversed before the period you choose has ended.
Self-exclusion
If you feel you need to stop for a while, you can ask us to close or suspend your account for a defined period. During self-exclusion we will do our best to prevent you from opening new accounts and to remove you from promotional communications. To request self-exclusion, email support@gambid.gg with the duration you would like.
Protection of minors
Gambling is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to hold an account or place any wager. We take underage gambling extremely seriously. If a minor has access to your device, please use parental-control software such as Net Nanny or FamiSafe to restrict access, and never leave your account logged in where others can reach it.
Warning signs
Gambling may be becoming a problem if you:
- Spend more time or money than you intended, or than you can afford.
- Gamble to escape stress, boredom, loneliness or low mood.
- Chase losses or bet increasing amounts to feel the same excitement.
- Lie to family or friends about how much you gamble.
- Neglect work, studies, relationships or responsibilities because of gambling.
- Feel anxious, guilty or irritable when you try to cut down.
