These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gambid.gg and any related services, applications and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering for an account, accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Operator & Licensing

gambid.gg is operated by ONCHAIN Technologies Ltd (registration number 15816), with registered address at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. The Platform is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under License No. ALSI-202411002-FI1.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where ONCHAIN Technologies Ltd does not offer its services. You must not use the Platform if you are accessing it from a restricted territory or using tools to disguise your location.

3. Your Account

You may only hold one account and must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any wallet used to access the Platform, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend, restrict or close accounts that breach these Terms, show signs of fraudulent or collusive activity, or are required to be closed for legal or regulatory reasons.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallets

The Platform operates on a crypto-first, on-chain basis. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys and the accuracy of any blockchain address or transaction you initiate. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address or lost due to wallet compromise. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering checks before being processed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses, rewards and promotions are offered at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms, including wagering requirements, eligibility conditions and expiry dates. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or reclaim any bonus where we reasonably believe it has been obtained or used through abuse, fraud or error.

6. Provably Fair Gaming

Game outcomes are determined using provably fair mechanisms and/or certified random number generation where applicable, allowing eligible game results to be independently verified. Where a game provides verification tools, you are responsible for reviewing them if you wish to confirm an outcome.

7. Responsible Gambling

Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income, and can be addictive. We encourage you to set limits and to play only with funds you can afford to lose. Tools and resources to help you manage your play , including self-exclusion, may be made available; if you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, please seek support from a professional organisation in your jurisdiction.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; cheat, collude, or use bots, automation or exploits; tamper with the Platform or attempt to gain unauthorised access; launder money or finance illegal activity; or use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable or impair it. Breach of this section may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances obtained through such conduct, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

9. Verification (KYC/AML)

To comply with our regulatory obligations, we may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, source of funds and place of residence. We may restrict account activity, including withdrawals, until verification is satisfactorily completed.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONCHAIN Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for losses arising from blockchain network issues, wallet compromise, your breach of these Terms, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. We aim to resolve complaints fairly; please contact our support team first. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the applicable dispute-resolution procedures of the licensing jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
